Unlike our more traditional peers, HKC's business model does not focus on making profits from rental income or overcharging for modern business necessities such fiber optic internet access, conference room time or a 24 hour air conditioned work environment.

Our focus is co-locating our own venture capital, legal and advisory professionals with talented and dynamic individuals possessing both the ability and passion for creating value for mutual inspiration and benefit.
We don't believe a Silicon Valley survival of the fittest gladiator approach to startups is necessarily the most optimal at least in Hong Kong. On the contrary, we take a more flexible greenhouse approach starting with great entrepreneurs and ideas (even if they are ours) and then provide what is necessary to help start-ups succeed.
